☀️ Earn Up to 10,000 Bonus Aeroplan Points on Air Canada Flights to Latin America This Winter

Daydreaming about a warm winter escape? Air Canada’s latest offer might just be the nudge you need. Right now, you can earn up to 10,000 bonus Aeroplan points when you fly round-trip (or two one-way segments) between Canada and select destinations across Mexico, Central America, or South America

Here’s what you need to know: 👇

What’s the Deal?

  • Book by: November 9, 2025

  • Travel between: November 17, 2025 – February 28, 2025

  • Blackout dates: December 15 – January 11 (because, holiday travel chaos)

  • Points earned:

    • 5,000 bonus points for select Economy fares

    • 10,000 bonus points for Premium Economy or Business Class

🌴 Eligible destinations include dreamy spots like Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and many beach cities in Mexico (Tulum, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, you name it).

This promo isn’t automatically added to your Aeroplan account; you’ll have to register with your Aeroplan number before you book

✈️ How Far 10,000 Points Can Take You

Those extra points could almost cover a short-haul one-way flight (think Toronto to New York or Montreal to Costa Rica), or get you closer to business class upgrades on longer routes.

Combine that with your regular Aeroplan earnings and spending on everyday expenses (like rent and bills with Chexy), and you could be relaxing in a Maple Leaf Lounge on your next trip instead of camping out by the gate.

Montreal (YUL) to San Jose (SJO) for 13.8k points

Toronto (YYZ) to New York (LGA) for 11.6k points

🤑 Maximize Your Points Game

If you’re booking one of these (or any Air Canada) flights, don’t sleep on using an Aeroplan co-branded credit card to earn even more:

Using any of these cards, you’ll earn the base points for your flight plus the 5k or 10k bonus points, depending on which fare class you choose.

If you use the Amex Aeroplan Reserve to book a flight from Toronto to Cancun in business class for $811, here’s how many points you’d earn:

  • $811 x 3 = 2,433 points

  • Bonus from promotion = 10,000 points

  • Total points earned = 12,433 points

Final Takeaway

If you want to escape the cold this winter, now’s your chance to explore some Latin American destinations with an added bonus of up to 10,000 Aeroplan points. Just remember: book before November 9, 2025, to take advantage of this offer.

✈️ Earn Up to 35,000 Bonus Flying Blue Miles on Air France & KLM Flights to Europe

If Europe’s been calling your name, this new Air France KLM promo might be a sign to book your next flight. As a Flying Blue member, you can earn up to 35,000 bonus miles on round-trip flights across the Atlantic (no registration required).

Let’s get into the details: 👇

The Offer

Here’s the breakdown:

  • Book by: November 17, 2025

  • Travel by: January 31, 2026

  • Eligible routes: Any Air France flight between Canada and Paris (CDG) or KLM flight between Canada and Amsterdam (AMS)

  • Bonus Miles earned

    • 10,000 in Economy

    • 20,000 in Premium Economy

    • 35,000 in Business Class

Unlike the Air Canada promo, there are no blackout dates, meaning you could be spending your Christmas or New Year’s abroad.

There are also some great seat sales running until November 11, starting from $737 (Toronto to Paris) in economy class, or $3,755 (Toronto to Amsterdam) in business class. This way, you can double-dip the discount and the bonus. 🤑

✈️ Where 35,000 Miles Can Take You

Flying Blue Miles are worth roughly 2¢ CAD each, meaning:

  • 10,000 miles ≈ $200 value

  • 20,000 miles ≈ $400 value

  • 35,000 miles ≈ $700 value

If you’re flying business class, that’s like getting a $700 travel credit just for booking before November 17.

35,000 Miles can take you many places if you play it right. For example, you can go from Montreal (YUL) to Amsterdam (AMS) for 35,000 Miles in economy:

Or, you can wait for a better deal. Each month, KLM Flying Blue releases Promo Rewards, which are discounted award flights that often include routes from Canada to Europe for up to 25% off.

For example, October’s promo featured 25% off economy class flights from Vancouver to Europe, starting at just 18,750 miles one-way. For that price, those 35,000 bonus miles could just about cover a round-trip from Vancouver to cities like Amsterdam, Bilbao, or Verona, for almost nothing out-of-pocket.

They also occasionally offer 25% off business class redemptions, so if you’re aiming for a lie-flat seat, it might be worth waiting for those deals.

💳 How to Earn Even More Miles

If you’re saving up Flying Blue Miles or planning a redemption in the near future, you can top up your balance by transferring from Amex Membership Rewards at a 1:0.75 ratio. So, 10,000 Amex points = 7,500 Flying Blue Miles.

As always, you can pay rent, bills, and other large expenses through Chexy using your Amex card to collect even more MR points.

Let’s say you use your Amex Platinum to pay $2,500 monthly in rent and bills through Chexy. At a rate of 1 point per dollar, you’ll earn 2,543 points per month or 30,525 points per year (after Chexy fees).

Add in the current welcome bonus of 100,000 points, and you’ll have earned over 130,525 Amex MR points in your first year. Convert that to Flying Blue, and you’ll get 97,894 Miles

🌟 Final Takeaway

Book by November 17, 2025, fly by January 31, 2026, and earn up to 35,000 bonus Miles. That’s enough for a free trip to Europe if you time it with Flying Blue’s monthly promos. Between the bonus miles and current seat sales, this is one of those rare deals that are actually worth your while.
