Air France KLM Flying Blue February 2024 Offer
Air France KLM Flying Blue has rolled out its Promo Rewards for February 2024. This month's list is shorter, and there are no business class discounts for long-haul trips but the value of this offer is still strong 💪.
If you're planning a budget-friendly trip to Europe from now until July 2024, you might want to consider checking out this month's Promo Rewards, especially with the recent favorable adjustments to award pricing by Flying Blue ✈️.
The Current Promo
There are exclusive discounts for Air France KLM Flying Blue members, offering 25% off on some Air France & KLM flights in different service classes. The long-haul KLM Promo Rewards this month include:
25% off KLM premium economy awards between Europe and Mexico City
25% off KLM premium economy awards between Europe and Paramaribo, Suriname
25% off KLM economy awards between Europe and Austin
25% off KLM economy awards between Europe and Curaçao
Long-haul Air France Promo Rewards include 25% off economy class awards to cities like Beirut, Fort de France, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Note: There are also 10 short-haul Promo Rewards available for European travel 🌍.
Streamlined Standard Award Pricing
Flying Blue recently streamlined the standard award pricing, guaranteeing consistent minimum prices for flights from North America to Europe.
Prices start at:
20,000 miles for economy (15,000 miles with a 25% Promo Reward)
30,000 miles for premium economy (26,250 miles with a 25% Promo Reward)
And 50,000 miles for business class (37,500 miles with a 25% Promo Reward)
These Promo Reward tickets are available for one-way and round-trip flights and discounts apply to the lowest standard award pricing and not dynamically priced segments.
Keep in mind that these rewards come with a booking deadline… like all things 📅. You must book February 2024 Promo Rewards in February, but the travel window is up until July 31, 2024.
Earning Flying Blue Miles
You can earn Air France KLM Flying Blue miles by booking flight tickets with Air France, KLM, SkyTeam partners and using your credit card of course. You can also earn points through the Brim Flying Blue Credit Card on all purchases, as well as transferring Amex points at a 1:0.75 ratio from American Express credit cards, if that interests you.
Reminder: Before transferring your points at a potential loss, ensure you maximize their value by exploring alternatives with other airlines or loyalty partners, such as Aeroplan.
Happy planning!
Unlock Business Class and First Class with Avion Points
If you're planning to book travel soon, there's a huge opportunity for some RBC Avion cardholders to secure premium seats at a great value. For RBC Avion cardholders, the conversion is 100 Avion points = $2 when booking premium Business class and First class flights 💺.
What makes it even more appealing 👀? These points aren't limited to covering just the base fare; you can use them to pay for all taxes, fees, and surcharges that come along with the booking. However, this exclusive benefit is only available to specific cardholders who hold one of these three credit cards 💳:
Booking Time
Ready to book your flights, here are the steps to finding them:
Log in to your Avion Rewards account
Choose your desired flight (don't forget to pick "Business class" or "First Class")
In the search results, look for "Business Class Pricing (100 points = $2)" to find the deals!
Here's a tip: the Avion Rewards platform runs on Expedia, so anything you can book there, you can book through Avion Rewards. If you come across a Business class or First class flight not on the Avion Rewards platform, just make a quick call to RBC Avion Rewards to get the green light to book it yourself 🚦.
Just submit the details to RBC, and you'll get a statement credit at the 2 cents per point rate for your flights.
Why You Should Consider This?
Now, we all love options, and Avion points at 2 cents per point opens up a world of possibilities. You would usually be tied down waiting for award availability or dealing with the points programs itself. Instead, with this option, you can grab the flights you want without having any issues!
Some Things to Note
Transferring Points
You might be asking, is worth it 🧐? Well, that depends on you. Transferring points to partner programs for business class flights can be a bit tricky, and finding available award space?.... That's a whole other game.
Plus, with the RBC Avion Rewards option, you get those flights without having to get into the nitty-gritty of points programs. Could you potentially squeeze more value by transferring points? 💯Yes. But finding award availability isn't the easiest… sadly 😔.
Tip: Pool your Avion points from different cards if you have multiple credit cards with Avion. You’ll need one of the specific Avion cards mentioned above to get the points for the 2 cents per point rate.
Tools for Navigating the Avion Landscape 🛠️
Google Flights: For the most flexibility, use Google Flights to look for the best deals. You compare flights across months and even explore business class options.
Booking Direct: If a flight isn't on the Avion Rewards platform but is available elsewhere, RBC might give you the green light to book it yourself.
Note: This way, you might earn airline status and points!
In a nutshell, redeeming RBC Avion points at 2 cents each for business class or first-class flights offers a way to get the best value for your points. Again, choosing which method to grab those seats is up to you and your current travel plans.
Safe travels ✈️!
New February 2024 Credit Card Offers
When looking for a new credit card, it’s important to prioritize the welcome bonus. This bonus significantly impacts the card's initial value, and sometimes is more important than the core features of the card.
Here are some of the best credit card offers for February 2024:

RBC Avion Visa Infinite

RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege
The premium card in the Avion family, the RBC Avion Visa Infinite Privilege comes with the same 55,000 Avion point bonus.
